本协议是您与了白文化（Leobright）之间，就使用我们开发与运营的全部产品和服务（包括但不限于网站、移动应用、小程序及相关在线服务，以下统称"本服务"）达成的约定。下载、安装、访问或使用任一产品，即表示您已阅读并同意本协议与《隐私政策》。如不同意，请停止使用并卸载相关应用。
This agreement is between you and Leobright regarding the use of all products and services we develop and operate, including but not limited to websites, mobile apps, mini-programs and related online services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using any of our products, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
个别产品如有补充规则或活动规则，将在该产品内公示，与本协议共同适用。
Supplementary rules for a specific product, if any, will be presented within that product and apply alongside these terms.
Some products require a unified account; keep your credentials safe and contact us promptly if your account is compromised. Other products work without an account, with data stored only on your device.
部分产品提供付费功能或会员服务，通过 Apple App Store 内购、微信支付等渠道完成支付，价格以各产品收银台实际显示为准。
Some products offer paid features or memberships via Apple In-App Purchase, WeChat Pay or other channels. Prices are as displayed on each product's checkout page.
自动续期订阅 / Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
若您购买的是自动续期订阅：除非在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，否则订阅会自动续期，并在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣除下一周期费用。您可随时在对应渠道（如 iPhone「设置」→ 您的姓名 →「订阅」，或应用内会员页面）管理或取消订阅；取消后当前已付费周期仍然有效。
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime via your platform account (e.g. iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or the membership page in the app; the current paid period remains active until it ends.
支付与退款按相应渠道政策处理：Apple 内购退款请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请；其他渠道请联系我们。
Payments and refunds follow the relevant channel's policy: for Apple purchases request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com; for other channels, contact us.
You retain rights to content you create or submit, and grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it in order to provide the Services. All interface, copy, data compilations and software within the Services are owned by Leobright or the respective rights holders.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms where Apple-platform products are concerned; if these terms conflict with the Apple-standard EULA, the Apple EULA governs for Apple-platform matters.
