隐私政策

1. 适用范围 / Scope

本政策适用于了白文化（Leobright）开发与运营的全部产品和服务，包括但不限于网站、移动应用（App）、小程序及相关在线服务（以下统称"本服务"）。无论您通过哪个产品使用本服务，本政策均适用；个别产品如有额外的隐私说明，将在该产品内另行公示。

This policy applies to all products and services developed and operated by Leobright, including but not limited to websites, mobile apps, mini-programs and related online services (collectively, the "Services"). Additional privacy notices for a specific product, if any, will be presented within that product.

2. 我们收集的信息 / Information We Collect

我们只收集为提供服务所必需的信息：

We only collect information that is necessary to provide the Services:

• 账号信息 / Account information: 当您注册或登录统一账号时收集的昵称、头像及手机号或邮箱。/ Your nickname, avatar, and phone number or email, collected when you register for or sign in with a unified account.
• 您创建的内容 / Content you create: 您在使用各产品时主动创建、上传或提交的内容。/ Content you actively create, upload or submit while using our products.
• 支付信息 / Payment information: 支付由 Apple App Store、微信支付等持牌第三方处理，我们不收集或存储您的银行卡号等完整支付凭证。/ Payments are processed by licensed third parties such as Apple App Store and WeChat Pay. We do not collect or store full payment credentials such as card numbers.
• 设备与日志信息 / Device and log data: 基本的设备信息与服务日志，用于保障服务安全与稳定。/ Basic device information and service logs, used to keep the Services secure and stable.

关于纯离线功能：部分产品的核心功能完全在您的设备本机运行，由此产生的数据（如记事、偏好设置）仅保存在设备本地，不会上传至我们的服务器；卸载应用即同时清除这些数据。

About offline-only features: Some products run core features entirely on your device. Data generated by such features (e.g. notes and preferences) stays on your device only and is never uploaded; uninstalling the app deletes it.

3. 系统权限 / System Permissions

为实现特定功能，产品可能按需请求以下系统权限：

Our products may request the following permissions only when needed for a specific feature:

• 通知 / Notifications: 用于提醒您重要更新和消息。/ To remind you of important updates and messages.
• 相机 / Camera: 用于扫码或拍摄上传图片（可选）。/ For scanning codes or capturing images (optional).
• 相册 / Photos: 用于保存或选择图片（可选）。/ For saving or selecting images (optional).
• 日历 / Calendar: 用于将您设置的提醒写入系统日历（可选）。/ For writing your reminders to the system calendar (optional).

所有权限仅在您首次使用相关功能时请求，您可以随时在设备设置中管理或撤销。拒绝授权仅影响对应功能，不影响产品的其他使用。

Permissions are requested only when you first use the relevant feature, and can be managed or revoked at any time in your device settings. Declining a permission only affects that feature.

4. 信息的使用 / How We Use Information

• 为您注册、登录并使用各产品提供服务；/ To provide account registration, sign-in and product functionality;
• 存储并同步您主动创建的内容（仅限具备该功能的产品）；/ To store and sync content you create (only in products that offer such features);
• 保障服务安全、防范风险并改进产品质量；/ To keep the Services secure and improve their quality;
• 向您发送与服务相关的必要通知。/ To send service-related notices you request or need.

我们不会将您的个人信息用于个性化广告，也不会向任何第三方出售您的个人信息。

We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.

5. 存储与共享 / Storage and Sharing

您的数据保存在我们的云服务器上，并采取合理的加密与访问控制措施。仅在以下情形下我们才会共享必要的信息：

Your data is stored on our cloud servers with reasonable encryption and access controls. We share information only when:

• 为提供服务所必需（如云服务基础设施、支付处理、消息推送）；/ Necessary to provide the Services (e.g. cloud infrastructure, payment processing, push notifications);
• 法律法规或主管机关的强制要求。/ Required by applicable laws, regulations or competent authorities.

6. 儿童隐私 / Children's Privacy

我们的产品面向一般用户，不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如您认为有相关收集行为，请通过文末方式联系我们，我们将及时删除。

Our products are intended for a general audience and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe such data has been collected, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. 数据删除 / Data Deletion

您可以随时通过邮箱联系我们删除账号及关联的个人数据。纯本机数据可直接在应用内清除或通过卸载应用删除。

You may contact us by email at any time to delete your account and associated personal data. On-device data can be cleared within the app or by uninstalling it.

8. 政策变更 / Changes to This Policy

如果我们更新本政策，将在此页面发布新版本并更新生效日期。继续使用本服务即表示接受变更后的政策。

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
